Product Photography FAQs

  • Give us a call! Talking to someone that knows the product photography process is essential. We can walk you through planning the shots you need, provide an estimate, and get your shoot on the calendar, usually in under 10 minutes.

  • Our turnaround time is usually 3 days after we receive the product from you.

  • Images are delivered electronically using Wetransfer.com. You’ll receive a download link in an email to save them directly to your device.

  • All images are delivered as high-quality JPEGs. The resolution for high-resolution images is usually over 3000 pixels on the longest side. Web resolution images are saved at 1500 pixels on the longest side. PNG or Photoshop files are sent for images with transparent backgrounds..

  • Our Minimum Order is $100

  • Because of covid, we are only shooting products that have been dropped off or shipped to the studio.

  • Upon full payment for the photography and retouching, you will be granted full usage rights for all media globally and in perpetuity.

    Please include a note with your name and contact information.

  • If you want your products sent back to you, please include a return label in your shipment. If you don’t include a label and still want your items returned you will be invoiced for the cost of the return shipping.

How much do I have to pay to get started?

  • If your project is estimated to be under $400, there is no upfront payment. If it’s over $400, you will be invoiced for a deposit of 1/2 the estimated total project cost. The balance owed is due upon approval and delivery of final images.

  • All of our invoices are email and web-based. You can pay the amount due directly from a link or button on the invoice. Most credit and debit cards are accepted.
